too smart for Stanford??

We got to spend our last morning in Cali at Stanford. It was the ultimate experience driving to campus in Justin & Katie's convertible, with our hair flowing in the wind. The campus was so beautiful and the architecture seemed so European. I loved it! I was hoping to have some smartness rub off onto me while I was there, but I guess only my grades at the end of the semester can show that...

Home again!

I can blame all my obsession with H&M on the fact that I was only 5 minutes away from one while I lived in Bonn, Germany (not to mention it helped my sanity after a long day of nannying).
You could imagine how thrilled I was when I got to spend a few blissful hours at one in San Fransisco with Em.

I just love Saturdays--especially this one because it was the perfect day for warm cider and muffins on a relaxing afternoon with good company, of course.

Wintery Walk to Campus

Em and I have three classes together this semester! Most mornings one of us would leave before the other (due to the other one pressing snooze one too many times), but occasionally we would leave together. We were laughing hysterically as we tried to brave the weather while carrying laptop bags, purses,and can't forget to mention that Em was wearing her usual high heels-all on this blizzardy day.
