what do you think?

You'll notice in our next post that we are couchless. Our landlord's mother came back from her mission and took her couch with her. We are not in a huge hurry to get something, but found this one for a good deal. It's a microfiber, comfy couch. Do you have any recommendations about what is good? Prices? We have never bought a couch before so we are pretty clueless.

it looks like a comfy couch to curl up on and read a book!

Um that looks an awful lot like the couch we have. Ours is microfiber and about that same color. So far we've been happy but we haven't had it all that long. I guess over a year now but it was unused in storage for several months. If you found a good deal I'd say go for it! I'll try to remember how much ours was to give you a price comparison. Love ya!

We have kinda the same couch and absolutely love it. We found the best deals at Skinny Al's on 1900 between Clinton and Roy.

If I bought a couch again, I would get microfiber. LEather is great but can be cold or hot. Micro is so comfy. Don't settle! Get something you LOVE!! But for less thatn 1500 if you can! (well as set that is, less if just one.)

We bought our couch 6 years ago from IKEA and LOVE it. I think we paid about $400? The part I love best is that the entire cover can be removed and washed. You can also get different covers if you want to change the color, etc - far cheaper than buying a new couch. It's gotten a lot of use (and washes since we have a white couch and two black dogs and a black cat) and still looks fantastic. It's the Ektorp - you should check it out and go to the IKEA in Draper.

We got our couch that looks almost identical to that one for $325 from Ashley Home Furniture. They were running a really good deal, but hopefully you could find something around that.
