Some things never change...

Just look at us. 8 of us in this picture have been good friends since elementary/junior high and 6 of us ended up in the same Freshman ward at BYU. Can you believe that? I have been so SO lucky to have such great friends growing up. 5 are married, 5 have graduated from college, 1 (almost 2) have babies, 4 have served missions or lived abroad, and 1 has moved away :( But even though we have all done...and are doing... different things, some things never change.

And I love it!

We can still get together at holidays or baby/bridal showers and laugh our heads off as if we were back in junior high.

It's Finally Here!

What some of you have been waiting for! Ok, maybe not but it is Brandon's Second Post and a monumental one at that. I have finally finished our Wedding Video. This is what was supposed to be playing at our reception but was the one thing that went wrong at our near perfect reception. I have since added about 10 minutes to it since our reception and it is complete. This is a little piece of us and we are posting it mostly for our benefit but we hope those who didn't have a chance to come to our reception(and those who did) will enjoy it.

After much much studying, Brandon took his GRE test this morning! We are so glad that is over. Now on to part II of grad school applications....

One SICK New Years

Brandon and I had a memorable New Year's Eve, despite the fact that we were both sick.We made pizza and were so excited to use an ice cream maker that we got for our wedding for the first time. Little did we know that we needed to put the canister in the freezer 24 hours before use. Needless to say, our supposed-to-be midnight treat turned into a New Year's Day dessert.

We still banged our pots and pans at midnight and watched a movie. We are excited for the new year and what it will bring!
