From my post last week, a few of you wanted the lemon poppyseed cake recipe. Here it is. I'm kind of embarrassed to admit how easy it is. Now you know that I am not a gourmet cook. Oh well! :)
Lemon Poppyseed Cake
1 lemon cake mix with pudding
1/2 cup oil
1 cup warm water
1/4 cup poppy seeds
4 eggs
Mix well. Bake in bundt pan for 30-40 minutes at 350. Let it cool for about 5 minutes and then turn over onto a serving plate.
For the glaze, just mix 1 cup powdered sugar with lemon juice until you get the consistency you want.
